SAF Korea Staff

Director
Henry Oh joined SAF in April 2006 as Director of the SAF Korea Office.  Henry is a graduate of Edith Cowan University in Australia earning a B.S. in Marketing and received his M.B.A. from San Diego State University in the U.S. Previously Henry was employed by ICEF, Germany and for many years he has been actively engaged in the field of international education with particular emphasis in university linkages, educational fair management and workshop development. He has researched the Korean market for international education in various European countries including the UK, Ireland and Spain as well as Asia-Pacific countries such as New Zealand and Singapore. Henry is proficient in Korean, English and Spanish.

Manager
Erica Jin joined SAF in August 2006 as Manager of SAF Korea. She is a graduate from Hong-Ik University earning a B.A. in English Literature and Language. Erica has since been engaged in the field of international education. She has worked for educational consulting companies in charge of student counseling and international marketing. In 2005, she was qualified by the British Council as an Educational UK Specialist. Erica is proficient in Korean and English.

Researcher
Tayler Kim joined the SAF Korea in August 2009. As researcher, his main role is university network development and educational market research, but he is also involved with website development/update. He graduated from Dongseo University, Korea in March 2009 with a B.A. in Computer Engineering. He has studied in Australia for 12 months and earned a TESOL certificate. He has also worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MOFAT) as FTA website manager for one year.

Program Coordinator
Jasmine Hong joined the SAF Korea in April 2010. She is a graduate of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies (HUFS) with a double major in English and Arabic. She has also earned a teacher’s license for secondary school students. She has spent one year in Canterbury, England for English language courses. She worked for KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency) and been involved in the education and development field before she joined us.

Program Coordinator
Sophia Kim joined the SAF Korea in February 2011. She is a graduate of the Catholic University of Korea with a double major in Multimedia Systems and English. She earned a certificate in TESOL from Hanyang University and the University of Oregon, where also earned a M.A degree in Linguistics. During her course of study overseas, she found herself highly interested in the field of international education and cultural exchange, and it led her to join the SAF. She is currently in charge of Rikkyo University College of Intercultural Communication (Japan) students coming to the Yonsei University Korean Language Institut (KLI) program as well as general SAF programs.
